Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered.

Keep in mind that pet insurance does not work like human health insurance. Review coverage options carefully before selecting a plan for your pet.

Financial Terms

  1. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
  2. Special circumstances require the prior approval of the Business Administrator.  There is a $3.00 Billing Charge for every monthly statement generated for outstanding invoices, as well as a Late Charge of 1.5% for any balances over 30 days past due.
  3. ​A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

Pet Insurance

Pet insurance is an option to make caring for your pet affordable, and ensure they receive the care they need when they need it. Keep in mind that pet insurance does not work like human health insurance. As the pet owner, you are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered.  When you submit a claim to the insurance carrier, you will be reimbursed for those services that are covered.
