Appointments
- Please be prompt!
- If an appointment cannot be kept, we require 24 hours notice
- We reserve the right to invoice for “no shows” if the time slot cannot be filled in lieu of proper notice
- We recommend that all dogs be on a NON-RETRACTABLE leash or in a carrier and properly controlled, and all cats be in an appropriate cat carrier.
Hospitalized Pets
Unless otherwise specified by the Doctor, owners are directed to call for an update report concerning pets in our hospital as follows:
- AFTER 12:30 pm, for hospitalized pets
- AFTER 2:00 PM, for patients in for same-day procedures.
Update reports are given to owners by the Reception staff. Full reports, when required, will be given to owners by the Doctor. The Doctor generally makes calls after 6:00 p.m.
Discharging Your Pet
- Hospitalized patients will be discharged after hospital reports are given and prior to 5:30 pm weekdays, 3:30 pm Saturdays.
- No discharges are permitted on Sundays or Holidays
- No discharges are permitted before noon Monday through Saturday unless otherwise specified by the Doctor
